1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and the boos96 platform ("Platform", "We"). By registering, logging in or using any part of the boos96 website, you expressly agree to comply with all provisions set out in this document.

In the context of this document, "services" refers to all types of games and betting available on the boos96 platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and any other products offered from time to time. "Account" refers to the personal registration profile you create on this platform.

Should there be any conflict between these general terms and the specific rules of a particular game or promotion, the more specific rules will take precedence for that aspect only.

2 Player Eligibility

To use boos96 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times when using the platform.
• Register the account in your own name and use the platform for personal purposes, not commercial or third-party use.
• Not be included in any self-exclusion list or restriction imposed by any authority.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling.

boos96 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts confirmed to have been opened by underage users will be terminated immediately and all related balances will be frozen.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) boos96 account at any one time. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad), mobile phone number, active email address and any other information required for identity verification purposes. boos96 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad at any time.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your account. Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone. Transfers of balances between player accounts are not permitted. Using an account on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party also constitutes a violation of these terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The boos96 platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrency including USDT (Tether), Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours subject to account verification and current conditions.

• All deposits must be made from a legitimate source that belongs to you.
• boos96 does not accept payments from third parties — the name on the payment account must match your boos96 account name.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require specific approval.
• boos96 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal request.
• Deposits made for the purpose of withdrawing funds without any meaningful betting activity may be subject to review and deductions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

boos96 offers various promotions to players from time to time. Each promotion has its own conditions and wagering requirements as specified on the relevant promotions page.

For the first deposit bonus, boos96 offers a bonus of 200% up to RM300. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount. For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200 (balance RM300), and the player must place bets totalling RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Second example: a deposit of RM400 gives a bonus of RM300 (balance RM700), with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

• Bonuses may only be used once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• boos96 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn as cash.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the boos96 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and other products — operate according to their respective rules published within the game interface or game information pages. Players are responsible for understanding the game rules before playing.

The results of all games are final. Should any technical issue or system disruption occur during an active game session, boos96 will endeavour to settle bets based on stored data. In cases where data cannot be recovered, bets may be returned to the player.

boos96 is not responsible for any losses caused by internet disruptions on the player's end, device failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.

7 boos96 VIP Programme

The boos96 VIP Programme consists of four (4) membership tiers that provide benefits to loyal players. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their betting activity over time.

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated based on net betting activity within the set period and credited to the player's account automatically. The cashback value is subject to specific wagering requirements for each VIP level.

boos96 reserves the right to review, modify or terminate the VIP programme by giving reasonable notice to affected members.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the boos96 platform and may result in disciplinary action including account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Opening or operating more than one boos96 account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to boos96 systems.
• Use of unauthorised payment methods or those belonging to another person without their consent.
• Coordination between multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (arbitrage or collusion).
• Use of bots or automated software in any game.
• Any action intended to launder illicit funds through the platform.

9 Account Closure and Termination

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the boos96 support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements and pending transactions must be settled first.

boos96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In such situations, boos96's decision is final.

Players with a valid balance in an account terminated for reasons other than fraud are entitled to a written explanation and a fair chargeback process, subject to full identity verification.

10 Privacy Policy and Data Protection

The collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed by the boos96 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using this platform, you agree to the processing of your data as described in that Privacy Policy.

boos96 uses SSL encryption and up-to-date security measures to protect players' personal and financial information. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, except as required by law.

11 Limitation of Liability

boos96 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including financial losses resulting from gaming.

Players acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that they play entirely at their own risk. boos96 encourages all players to set personal limits and play responsibly.

12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

boos96 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website with the updated revision date.

Notice of significant changes will be provided via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the boos96 platform after such amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
